Passover Instituted By YeHoVaH Elohim
Exodus 12:14
And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the Lord throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
Exodus 12:18
In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.
Leviticus 23:5
In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord’s Passover.
During Passover, as recorded in Exodus 12, we are to remember how YeHoVaH Elohim powerfully delivered the children of Israel from slavery in Egypt through signs, wonders, and divine protection.
YeHoVaH Elohim sent the tenth plague, striking down the firstborn of Egypt, yet spared His people through the blood of the lamb on their doorposts (Exodus 12:12-13).
This act of deliverance broke Pharaoh’s resistance, leading to Israel’s long-awaited freedom (Exodus 12:31-32).
Elohim not only rescued them but also provided for their journey, leading them toward the Promised Land as a covenant people
(Exodus 12:35-36, 42).
Passover should be a time of reflection, storytelling, teaching, ensuring that future generations understand Elohim’s faithfulness
(Exodus 12:26-27).
Passover stands as a powerful reminder of YeHoVaH Elohim’s faithfulness, His judgment against oppression, and His promise to redeem and protect those who trust in Him.
